Temperature Controller Provides High Or Low Limit Protection
A new multifunctional limit controller that provides over/under temperature protection for heaters, dryers, ovens, incinerators, and related process equipment is being introduced by Fenwal of Ashland, Massachusetts.
The Fenwal Series 923L Limit Controller can be programmed for either high or low temperature limit detection and provides a relay output to interrupt power or signal an alarm. Featuring a waterproof and dustproof front panel display and a compact 1/16 DIN package, it can retain the peak temperature and record how long it stays above the application temperature.
Available with two separate relays to trip an alarm when one limit is detected, the Fenwal Series 923L Limit Controller can then perform another function upon reaching the second set-point. Reset can be accomplished via the front panel or remotely by optional contact input or digital communications. This controller is FM approved, UL recognized, and CSA certified.
