Superior Industries To Show World's Largest, Automated Telescoping Conveyor At ConExpo-Con/Agg
MORRIS, MN. - Morris, Minn.-based Superior Industries, a leading manufacturer of conveyor systems and components, will show the world's largest automated telescoping conveyor at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2005 - its new 190-ft TeleStacker Conveyor (TS-190). Fully programmable and equipped with Superior's new patent-pending swing axle assembly, the TS-190 builds the highest volume, fully or partially desegregated stockpiles in virtually any configuration - providing a stockpiling method that is preferred over high-maintenance haul trucks and loaders, costly multiple handling, and the associated labor. The TS-190 also delivers significant costs savings by allowing producers to stockpile in-spec materials in higher capacities even where real estate may be limited. At ConExpo-Con/Agg, the new TS-190 will be on display at Superior's outdoor booth #577 located on the corner of the silver lot just outside the hall doors.
Also at ConExpo-Con/Agg, the Superior Industries Components Division will show its new rubber disc return roll idlers, and its CEMA E idler which rounds out its complete B to E idler line. As part of its ongoing quality assurance program, Superior Industries continues to fine tune and improve its leading idler line. Superior CEMA idlers surpass comparable brands due to the following features. They include: 1) the highest quality powder coating finish; 2) the heaviest roll shell thickness (7-gauge on 6-in rollers) for longer idler life; 3) easy-to-change replacement rollers at less cost than full-idler replacement; 4) and external seals for extra bearing protection.
Superior Industries offers a comprehensive line of components, equipment, and systems for sand gravel, aggregate, mining, concrete, asphalt, recycling, civil and marine engineering, wood, pulp, and paper, chemical processing, electric utility, coal, grain, and other processing industries.
