Enhanced response times for all reported issues and priority handling for core OS eligible product issues

A proactive support structure

Inclusion of Program Temporary Files (PTF) Alert reports and up to three Performance Management reports per eligible platform

Fixed terms, conditions, and pricing

Additionally, Software Maintenance and Machine Control Program Remote Support are available for selected additional products.

IBM Remote Technical Support Services - enhanced technical support is an integrated suite of IBM Services (voice and electronic) designed to provide enhanced priority handling of reported issues, a single point of contact into IBM, and a proactive support element to help avoid the occurrence of issues impacting your environment.

This single contract service is available for the i5/OS, IBM OS/400®, and/or AIX® eligible operating system products. For a list of eligible operating system products, refer to www-03.ibm.com/services/sl/products/

In addition, IBM Software Maintenance (SWMA), as well as Machine Control Program Remote Support (MCPRS), is now available for selected products.
