Switching Monitor prevents unnecessary shutdowns.

Press Release Summary:

Low Pressure Switching Monitor measures positive and negative pressure and utilizes 2 independently set switch points for alarm warning and/or shut down. LED display indicates when sensed pressure limit is exceeded and signals alarm, while adjustable stand-alone time delay prevents false alarms. Available in ranges from 0.2-50 in. wc, 1/16 DIN rail mount monitor requires 12-24 Vac/Vdc and provides 4-20 mA or 0-10 Vdc analog output.

Original Press Release:

Prevent Unnecessary Shutdowns With Precision Sensors' New Low Pressure Switching Monitor

Milford, Connecticut - Precision Sensors, division of United Electric Controls, introduces the Low Pressure Switching (LPS) Monitor for measuring positive and negative pressure while preventing unnecessary shutdowns. The monitor utilizes two independently set switch points for alarm warning and/or shut down. An LED display indicates when the sensed pressure limit is exceeded and signals an alarm. The adjustable "stand alone" time delay prevents false alarms. The compact Low Pressure Switching Monitor is ideally suited in applications for HVAC systems, Hepa filter monitor and alarm, exhaust monitoring, coating and painting booths, clean room pressure monitoring and ventilating systems.

Features of the LPS monitor include small 1/16 DIN size for easy mounting, convenient power requirement of 12-24 VAC/VDC, 4-20 mA or 0-10 VCD analog output, available in ranges from 0.2"WC to 50"WC (50 Pascal to 20K Pa), and compliance with UL 508 and CE EN 61326 EMI requirements. The monitor's analog circuit design eliminates potential microprocessor software problems.

Precision Sensors designs and manufactures electromechanical and solid-state pressure, vacuum, liquid level, temperature, flow and altitude/airspeed switches for commercial and military aerospace, and semiconductor markets. Precision Sensors maintains Certification of Approval to ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 Rev. A/Section 1.
