Ridgefield, Connecticut ... STEUTE is pleased to announce the North American introduction of their proven family of cCSAus - certified switches designed expressly for extreme or hazardous environments.
Currently offered units include limit, safety interlock, emergency pull-wire switches, foot, magnetic position, magnetic safety and belt alignment switches ... and pushbutton control stations. Depending upon model, these can be built-to-order for the following types of environments ... explosive (ATEX, IEC Ex, cCSAus) high temperature (to +180 °C), low temperature (to minus 60 °C), IP 69K requirements, high shock/vibration, corrosive, salt water, and submersible sealing (IP 68) requirements.
Typical applications include oil and gas processing, mining, food processing, marine, off-shore platforms, bulk/powder handling, chemical processing, and outdoor installations.
