SpectraGuard Support Simplifies Storage at all High-Security Data Centers

BOULDER, Colo.,-November 8, 2004-By guaranteeing Spectra Logic's on-time response to customer problems, Spectra Logic is backing its superior storage technology with high-security service options. SpectraGuard(TM) support packages are guaranteed to be on-time; customers receive free support service if the contracted timeframe is missed.

SpectraGuard support is uniquely suited for the highest security, restricted access facilities. Spectra® product features combined with an array of support services, provide a highly tailored, flexible support program for secure sites. A key security feature is SpectraGuard's Assisted Self Maintenance (ASM) option. With ASM, easy-to-swap library components are stocked on-site.
