Strohl Systems Releases NotiFind 3.0

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Nov. 15 / -- Strohl Systems has released a new version of NotiFind, which now enables users to transfer the relationships that tie plans together such as call trees and plan hierarchies between the emergency notification system and Strohl's industry leading business continuity planning (BCP) software, LDRPS. NotiFind 3.0 also provides support for alphanumeric pagers and features the ability to create scenarios, define escalation rules and enhanced management control and security over teams.

"The new integration utility has a tremendous advantage over simple importing," said Brian Turley, President of Strohl Systems. "All data, including relationships, that resides in LDRPS can be made available for use in NotiFind. Employees who fit certain criteria to match the specific needs of the situation and be easily identified and notified. The ability to pull this information and contact the personnel quickly proves invaluable in an emergency situation."

Plans built in LDRPS can be scheduled automatically to integrate directly into NotiFind at regular intervals (daily, weekly, monthly or at a single time). Users have the ability to integrate their entire LDRPS plan hierarchy or individual plans assuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

In addition, NotiFind 3.0 also enables users to:
-- Create scenarios - Saved alerts with pre-populated contact information, teams, recordings, attachments or organizations to save time during an emergency;
-- Define escalation rules - Users can define the sequence of message delivery to devices, individuals or teams in a listed order, after a specified time or to fill a quota. This new feature can be used to dynamically build recovery teams;
-- Contact people via alphanumeric pagers - Using Wireless Carrier Transport Protocol (WCTP) NotiFind can provide support for alphanumeric pagers including enhanced message formatting, tracking, reporting and delivery capabilities; and
-- Enhanced security and control over teams - Management rights can now be assigned using a team role, such as administer only, activate only or administer and activate.
