JLG® Stock Picker for Efficient Overhead Access


McConnellsburg, PA, February 10, 2003 - The Model 15SP stock picker from JLG Industries, Inc. provides a safe and efficient means of reaching overhead shelving without the need for outriggers. The platform extends to 15-ft. platform height and has 500-lbs. capacity. The compact unit uses a sealed maintenance-free battery with an automatic five-hour charger and has a battery discharge indicator with an automatic power-off power management system to extend use between charges.

Other features are non-marking tires, easy access floor brakes and heavy-duty aluminum mast sections with maintenance free guides.

Standard safety features include a descent alarm, a safety lanyard attachment anchor, an amber warning beacon and interlocked controls. For portability, forklift pockets are built into the base, and there is a crane hook option.

The standard platform size on the Model 15SP is 28-in. wide x 48-in. long and there are three platform options available. They include a 49-in. wide by 26-in. long platform with a gull-wing entry, a molded 26-in. x 26-in. swing-up gate side entry platform and a 26-in. x 26-in. x 5-in. deep material tray for picking small components.
