YORK, Pa., August 17, 2009 - Continuing their reputation as an innovator, Westfalia introduces two new products: a new Half Gallon/2 Liter Carton Caser and Hybrid Powered Case Stacker.
The newly designed Half Gallon/2 Liter Carton Caser from Westfalia Deam Systems loads up to 160 carton /minute utilizing an air powered load head. It packs two 16 quart plastic dairy cases simultaneously in a 3x3 packing pattern, and comes with dual carton in-feed conveyors with carton brakes, and case conveyor. The equipment's all stainless steel construction makes it ideal for the wet conditions of dairy, juice and other beverage facilities. Among the options available, are extensions to carton and case conveyors, motor controls for incoming and case conveyors, and 24 quart case loading.
Westfalia Deam Systems new Hybrid Powered Case Stacker operates with a hydraulic lift and compressed air. Capable of stacking 25 cases/minute, its speed is confined only by the capabilities of conveyor systems feeding it. It stacks 16 and 24 quart dairy cases up to 6 high and is constructed of all stainless steel, also making it ideal for dairy and beverage facilities.
As with all Westfalia products, the Half Gallon Carton Caser and Hybrid Power Case Stacker are guaranteed to perform to the specification. Each piece is thoroughly tested (Factory Automation Tests) before shipping and installing at a customer's plant.
