Stepper Motor Controller Card for PCI bus in PC could have various applications while controlling and supporting all parameteres of bipolar stepper motor.
Stepper Motor Controller controls all parameters of motion: velocity, acceleration, deceleration, amount of steps (or micro steps) and direction, it supports three synchronization modes and among them are these:
- starts motion after external sync pulse is received,
- Generates sync pulse when motion is finished,
- Periodically generates sync pulses starting from defined step with defined period
Stepper Motor Controller supports step division up to 1/8 steps (1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 step). Two end switches and one rotation switch can be connected to the controller. Rotational switch operates in two modes (more about that read http://www.standa.lt/products/catalog/motorised_positioners?item=153
