Shindengen Introduces the MD1323R-a 1.8A Step Down Converter Power IC



Shindengen America, Inc. introduces the MD1323R-a 1.8A step down IC converter. The MD1323R is a step down converter containing a control IC a main switch MOSFET and a fly wheel SBD on a single chip LSSOP26 package.

The input voltage range is 8v to 30v and the output voltage is 2.5v to 12v (Adjustable) with a maximum output current of 1.8A. The MD1323R features remote on/off, overcurrent protection and built-in thermal protection

Since the MD1323R includes the main switch MOSFET and SBD, fewer external components are needed and less board space.
