Herrmidifier Introduces Herricane CS Steam Distribution Systems
Sanford, North Carolina, August 11, 2004 -- Herrmidifier, a division of Fedders Engineered Products, has introduced Herricane CS Steam Distribution Systems. This series of maintenance-free products distributes steam from central boilers, humidifiers or unfired boilers in commercial environments. Herrmidifier's metered nozzle technology design extends into the steam manifold, allowing the driest steam to discharge evenly across the entire length of the manifold. Based on application conditions, the Herricane CS Series posts specific evaporative distances, heat gain and static pressure gain, eliminating guesswork.
"The Herricane CS Series provides years of maintenance-free operation" said Rob Clemens, Director, Herrmidifier Sales. "The Herricane CS Series' total system design is significant because tests have proven that, without precision-metered nozzles and accurately designed manifolds, there can be as much as 50% differential in humidity from one side of the air handler/duct to the other. If the wrong side is chosen for control location, severe wetting of the air handler/duct may occur."
