New module provides company-wide performance data related to employee skills and capabilities

The module is designed with HR and safety-driven features that support critical employee training programs and works in unison with the existing EHS Insight Training Management module.
The Skills Management Module is now available and is aimed to help organizations manage job-skill assessments to measure effectiveness of employee on-the-job training, identify skills gaps and monitor talent performance and progression over time.
