Stainless Steel Palletizer for Washdown Environments

Columbia Machine's new stainless steel FL10 floor-level palletizer is specifically engineered for clean, washdown packaging environments in food, pharmaceutical and other industries where sanitation is critical.

The FL10's clean structural design of corrosion-resistant materials eliminates areas of potential bacterial growth and provides easy access for thorough sanitation and routine maintenance. Continuous welds on the formed ¼" thick stainless steel frame construction ensure long-lasting durability.

Running at speeds up to 15 cases-per-minute (CPM), the palletizer is ideal for slow-speed production line applications. It comes complete with easy-to-run, preprogrammed stacking patterns and features a small footprint that is able to fit through 8' x 8' doorways.
