The OMEGA® OM-CP-HITEMP140X2-FP Series of stainless steel data loggers offer two remote flexible probes that can measure up to 350ºC (662°F) with an accuracy of ±0.1°C (±0.18°F). These narrow, lightweight probes are offered in a combination of flexible PFA insulation and bendable Stainless Steel. The OM-CP-HITEMP140X2-FP dual probes allow for simultaneous monitoring and can be used for oven mapping, surface temperature monitoring, autoclave validation and sterilization processes. The flexible probes are easily maneuvered and are ideal for temperature monitoring inside small vials, test tubes and other small diameter or delicate applications in the Food, pharmaceuticals, chemical, lab and R&D industries.
