The Mac Instruments division of Machine Applications Corporation announces the MAC 150 high temperature moisture analyzer The MAC 150 in situ moisture analyzer is designed to continuously monitor emission stack gases. It is designed to meet EPA and local regulatory requirements for stack gas moisture measurements, including a two point daily calibration check, and a 3 point linearity check.
The MAC 150 measures % moisture by volume in stack gases at temperatures up to 2400degF. The nominal range is 5% to 25% moisture by volume. An internal calibrator allows automatic two point or 3 point calibration checks or even in situ recalibration.
The MAC 150 eliminates % moisture estimates based on wet and dry O2 measurements.
