o Browser-based Audit Trails - With Prodiance 2007, end users can view and search spreadsheet audit trails through a simple web portal and gain visibility into changes across all spreadsheets and EUC under compliance with a rich reporting framework.
o Access Database Compliance - Prodiance 2007 also incorporates a browser-based audit trail to track changes to Microsoft Access database objects, including structural changes to tables, queries, modules, macros, reports, pages, and forms.
o Centralized Management - All spreadsheets and EUCs under compliance can be centrally administered and reported on via a browser-based user interface.
o Full Integration with the Microsoft Office 2007 System - While still supporting earlier versions of Microsoft Office, Prodiance 2007 provides support for the Microsoft Office 2007 system and incorporates MOSS 2007 Enterprise Edition. The new architecture leverages the Excel 2007 engine to analyze and audit spreadsheets. In addition, the solution incorporates integration with MOSS 2007 document libraries to provide a controlled environment for critical spreadsheets with versioning, access control, and advanced workflow capabilities for spreadsheet review and approval.
