High Precision Loctite® Spray Valve and Controller for Low Viscosity Primer, Lubricant and Fluid Application

Henkel Corporation has introduced a new Loctite® spray valve and controller specifically designed for precise automated dispensing of low viscosity primers, activators, accelerators, lubricants and compatible fluids. Ideal for liquids up to 1200 cP, the valve system ensures effective control of over-spray and virtually eliminates nozzle dripping.
The high performance Loctite Spray Valve 98520 delivers consistent performance over a wide range of operating conditions with consistent spray coverage shot after shot. The valve features single acting on/off actuation and a cycle rate up to 600 cycles per minute. The valve's full stainless steel body and wetted parts ensure long term performance and durability. The high precision, short stroke needle, with a standard 0.046" nozzle diameter, delivers a consistent, repeatable round full cone spray pattern. The valve also features air pressure and stroke adjustment and a positive shut off that eliminates dripping.
The Loctite Spray Valve 98520 is best controlled using the Loctite Spray Valve Controller 98521, which provides pressure control, on/off timing, and atomized air supply. This microprocessor based timed controller independently controls valve opening and closing with three separate timed sequences: pre-spray, valve on, and post-spray-valve off. All timed modes remain in memory if power is disconnected. Both timed and manual mode are controlled using a foot pedal.
