Fine and Adjustable Spray Equipment for Mold Release Coatings
Rocky Hill, Conn. -December 9, 2003. Henkel Loctite Corporation has introduced Loctite® Fine and Adjustable Spray Equipment designed for applying Frekote® mold release agents.
Rugged and durable, Loctite® Fine Spray Applicators are especially suited for applications where a fine, even coating of release agent is required. These applicators feature a preset, very fine atomization setting that eliminates the need for operator adjustment, improves the consistency of the part's finish, and reduces over-application and waste of the release agent. Easy rotation of the spray extension allows effortless 360° application. Fine Spray applicators come standard with a 90° air cap and a 5 or 10 liter stainless steel pressure tank. Needle and nozzle are constructed of lightweight stainless steel.
Used in industrial molding applications, durable Loctite® Adjustable Spray Applicators feature a forged aluminum body and a stainless steel needle and extension. A variable fluid adjustment allows higher volumes of release agent to be applied. Adjustable Spray Applicators come standard with a 900 air cap and a 2.5 gallon pressure tank with air regulator. Extensions are available in 6, 12, and 24 inch lengths.
