The Automatic Spool-Changer, which easily fits on existing or new wire equipment, was originally designed by ACS to reduce labor costs and to substantially increase productivity.
The ACS Automatic Spool-Changer was developed and tested in ACS' own wire drawing factory. This innovative piece of equipment automatically changes spools without stopping the wire drawing or annealing production process. The ACS Automatic Spool-Changer will also significantly increase productivity in any other continuous wire or cable manufacturing or re- winding process.
