Solenoid Valves have options for design flexibility.

Press Release Summary:

Comprised of multipurpose, 3-way valves with direct-acting solenoids, 300 Series includes models that measure 19-25 mm wide and have Cv values from 0.14-1.0. Short-stroke balanced poppet design requires no lubrication and tolerates impurities in air system, ensuring positive scaling. Valves of same series, mounted in-line or on subbase, can be oriented for NO or NC as diverter or selector. Options include mounting styles, voltages, and surge suppression.

Humphrey 300 Series Valves Offer Wide Range of Options for Flexibility

The Humphrey 300 Series Direct-Acting solenoid valves offer wide range of options for broad design flexibility and maximum performance. The 300 Series are multipurpose 3-way valves with direct-acting solenoids. The 310 is 19mm wide with a 0.14Cv. The 315 Series is also 19mm wide with a 0.42 Cv, giving it the highest flow rate of any compact valve. The 318 Series is 22mm wide with a 0.8 Cv, and the 320 Series measures 25mm wide with 1.0 Cv. Valves of the same series can be mounted in-line or on a subbase. The 315 and 318 Series valve also can be mounted on Humphrey's new high density, low profile manifold. And they can be oriented for normally-open, normally-closed, as a diverter or as a selector.

The Humphrey 300 Series valves feature a short-stroke balanced poppet design that permits rapid cycling, requires no lubrication, and is more tolerant of impurities in the air system, ensuring positive scaling. The valves come with a range of options that varies by valve series, including mounting styles, voltages, surge suppression, covers for fluid applications or harsh environments, isolator plugs and air supply plates to create separate zones, and sandwich-style speed controls. Plus, manifold station block-off plates and plugs enable designing for future expansion.
