Softing Launches CANbus/DeviceNet Analytical Software Tool



Newburyport, MA - Softing North America, Inc. has launched a new universal software tool that when used in conjunction with CANbus or DeviceNet interfaces, provides detailed analysis of fieldbus systems. The X-Analyser enables a user to monitor and analyze data traffic on a bus line and make live adjustments by simply sending a message.

Designed to work on any PC with Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP or NT, the X-Analyser exceeds all function requirements for initial CANbus, CANopen And DeviceNet trial runs to error analysis for complex networks. Since the X-Analyser is capable and often used in harsh environments where the use of a mouse is not possible, many of the functions can be executed with a simple touch of a key.

With powerful elementary functions, the X-Analyser is suitable for a wide range of applications including:
