Scribe Introduces Migration Solution from ACT! to Salesforce

Bedford, NH November 10, 2005 -- Scribe Software, the provider of the leading data migration and integration platform for mid-market customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, today announced the availability of migration templates, powered by Scribe Insight, that migrate customer data from ACT! into Salesforce. The migration templates are free from Scribe with the purchase of Scribe Insight. A 45-day migration license of Scribe Insight is available for $495.

The ACT! migration solution comes pre-configured with over 200 data mappings and transformations across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Notes History, and Attachments. The solution also takes advantage of sophisticated account and contact de-duping, ensuring clean data and enabling the migration of any number of ACT! databases into Salesforce. The ACT! migration solution takes advantage of the full power of the Scribe Insight platform, enabling users to extend the pre-configured solution to include mapping custom fields, changing existing data mappings, assigning users based on user mappings, and incorporating other source databases into the migration.
