AIM Enterprise Demonstrates Manufacturing Analysis Software In Booth #26051

Analyze the productivity of an entire plant or drill down to a single part or shift

Chicago, III., March 21, 2006 - At National Manufacturing Week 2006, AIM Analytical LLC will demonstrate in booth #26051 the latest release of its AIM Enterprise manufacturing intelligence software featuring new Line, Part, Shift and Plant Analysis modules. The new modules all feature a time span capability, whereby a user can analyze specific areas of production such as a manufacturing line, a single part, a particular shift or the entire plant floor during a designated period of time.

"These new modules can gather and analyze information in any variety of ways, helping to better pinpoint problem areas as well as identifying where production gains can be made," said AIM Enterprise Vice President of Sales and Marketing Lance Drossman.
Additionally, Version 3.1 includes an enhanced home screen that provides four different display options for viewing current production or plant information. The classic and thumbnail views display current information in table format. The graphical view offers information in chart form and the andon view provides information as an andon sign.

AIM Enterprise is an easy-to-use program suite designed to not only boost productivity, but to seamlessly integrate real-time plant floor information into the corporate financial structure. AIM allows a manufacturer to know - in real time - equipment status, maintenance requirements and productivity levels of every machine in a plant, assembling all the information into a reporting system that integrates with a company's current ERP or MIS system. Information can be accessed through the intranet or Internet and is available through any PC, anytime, anywhere in the world.

AIM monitors and controls production, manages operation modes, batches and recipes; tracks and analyzes uptime and downtime; manages maintenance and automatically logs events and alarms. It also provides complete online prints and manuals for quick maintenance turnaround. AIM Enterprise bridges the gap between equipment operation and plant reporting with user-friendly features and functionality.

DaimlerChrysler, Ford, General Motors, Toyota, and Nissan, as well as many Tier One automotive suppliers currently use AIM software. For more information on AIM Analytical software solutions, visit www.aim-analytical.com.
