TapRooT® Software is Patented and Provides Many Options
The new software is written with an SQL database that allows the program to be set up as a Single-user Database on a local hard drive, as a Workgroup Database with 8-10 simultaneous users across a Local Area Network (LAN), or an Enterprise Database that allows for unlimited simultaneous users across a Wide Area Network (WAN). The software follows the TapRooT® investigation flow making it easy to use. TapRooT® trained individuals use the software to more efficiently find the root causes of problems, find effective solutions, present the solutions to management, get approvals and track their fixes.
Once a problem's root causes have been found, the TapRooT® Software helps create effective solutions with the Corrective Action Helper® Module. Now users can "get outside the box" to consider new, effective ways to fix the root causes of problems.
The Corrective Action Development section also allows tracking, managing, and validating the correction actions by setting up plans for implementation, verification of implementation, as well as validation of effectiveness.

Individual User Software
The individual user TapRooT® software is designed to run a database on a single (local) computer by a single individual. It does not have the 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, team management, approval or security features included in the network versions listed above. All these can be upgraded later for network versions and all data will automatically be imported.
Trending
The trending features in the software are still being developed. Two advanced features that will be released are Pareto Charts and Process Behavior Charts. These new features will be a free upgrade to all purchasers of the TapRooT® System Software. Advanced Trending Techniques Courses are also available.
