For the first quarter 2005 softelec announces the release of VPHybridCAD Version 8. The new VPHybridCAD V8 includes a collection of brandnew function groups, such as dimensions, customizable user workflows, element quick selection, raster table recognition, and many more. With this expanded technology, VPHybridCAD V8 will deliver new professional standards for hybrid processing and vectorization.

VPHybridCAD's Version 8 comes with a brandnew surface design in Windows XP style and now supports AutoCAD 2005 and AutoCAD LT 2005. Many new and useful functions, options, and enhancements will facilitate working with raster and hybrid drawings and images significantly. Morover, color processing functions previously available only in softelec's VPmap Series products for GIS have now become available in VPHybridCAD V8 for CAD and standard raster drawing applications. Comfortably creating and editing Multipage-TIFF documents now has also become a breeze with VPHybridCAD V8.
