New Features Including Batch Restore and Enhanced User Search Capabilities Mitigate the Risks Associated with Email Compliance and Storage Management
IntelliReach Corporation, the email lifecycle management company, today announced the release of MessageArchive 1.3 for GroupWise, an email archiving solution that can protect an organization from fines, public embarrassment, or loss of trust due to non-compliance. It provides the tools needed to ensure compliance with all regulations related to email storage and long-term management.
With its added features, MessageArchive 1.3 takes even more of the dependency off an IT department to locate and retrieve email from a backup server and gives designated people the power and authorization to instantly search and review archived content.
Powerful and easy-to-use tools are often essential to allow a timely search and response to sensitive legal matters. Significant new features for managing and handling archived email messages with MessageArchive 1.3 include:
Batch restore. End users now have the ability to restore multiple messages-such as all emails related to a project from 3 years ago-from the long-term archive, back to their GroupWise client.
Forwarding of emails directly through the GroupWise client. End users can forward multiple messages from the long-term archive to a co-worker or business partner outside their existing network infrastructure-as permitted by IT security policies.
Flexible end-user controls. Major enhancements to end user search capabilities make it easier for users to navigate data and find exactly what they are looking for.
Third-party legal user role. In earlier versions, MessageArchive included roles of Discovery User and Discovery Administrator. Now, trusted third party legal advisors can also have access to the solution's strong search capabilities.
