Certified by PeopleSoft for EnterpriseOne users, the release includes many significant new features and enhancements, and is an important addition to Create!form's complementary output management products for PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne.
Mizuno USA, a division of Mizuno Corp., one of the world's largest general sporting goods manufacturers, was the first company to implement the new software. The new Create!form v3.0 - PSE1 Edition release, formerly called Create!form® for J.D. Edwards®, is the first such product designed specifically for PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne users. Version 3.0 provides a robust new feature set for advanced data formatting capabilities and enhanced functionality including:
o Intelligent tables for formatting and management of repeating line item data, featuring unlimited sorting and grouping levels with multi-level sort capability, and ascend/descend ordering of ASCII, numeric, or regional data.
o Data calculation function for items such as page subtotals in repaginated documents, tax rate conversion, and more.
o Variable subforms enable the dynamic utilization of variable images and data within the document, ideal for use in manufacturing, human resources, and real estate applications.
o Drag and drop variables simplify data mapping from original PDF output to the new form.
o User variables facilitate combining and modifying EnterpriseOne, ERP 8 or OneWorld user variables for creation and insertion of unique data variable content.
o Page Style function facilitates formatting of page types such as first page, continuation page and end page.
o Localizable dates and formats enable customized date, numeric, and currency formatting to streamline multi-national distributed output.
o Automated form templates for out-of-the-box output and fast-tracked form design with standard EnterpriseOne reports, so users can create their own templates or choose from various pre-designed templates, included with the software.
o Queue-based server architecture for streamlined Create!form server management and multi-processing capabilities.
The release of Create!form v3.0 - PSE1 Edition includes the newly-released Create!stream(TM) v3.0, the latest version of the company's intelligent document routing and delivery software.
