Cooper Power Systems Releases Adviser Reliability Workstation Version 6.1.7.
Waukesha, WI, July 12, 2002 - Cooper Power Systems has released the Adviser Reliability Workstation Version 6.1.7., the latest version in the Adviser software series. This version features load flow, short circuit analysis, reliability analysis, integrated overcurrent protective device coordination, and harmonic analysis.
Adviser software is used by Cooper's Systems Engineering Group to perform utility and industrial system studies, and within Cooper Power Systems as a design and engineering tool for distribution equipment product lines. It is a complete engineering analysis tool needed by Power System Engineers. Utility and industrial engineers use the program for system planning and coordination studies, system reliability improvement, and power quality correction.
As with previous versions of the Adviser Reliability Workstation, Version 6.1.7. features:
- V-FLOW Load flow analysis for balanced three-phase systems
- V-NET Short circuit analysis
- DISTRELY Characterization and design of distribution system reliability
- V-HARM Distribution system harmonic analysis
