Environmental Support Solutions Launches Refrigerant Compliance Manager(TM) 2003 Software



Groundbreaking features give facility owners and contractors greater access to service record data.

Tempe, Ariz. - April 15, 2003 - Environmental Support Solutions (ESS) announced that the company has released the latest version of its industry leading refrigerant management software program Refrigerant Compliance Manager(tm) 2003 Software (RCM 2003). A trial version of the program is available for download from the company's Web site.

Developed to assist service professionals manage and maintain records on inventories of ozone-depleting chemicals, commonly found in air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, the software breaks new ground by allowing users to import refrigerant equipment data from computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for use in RCM 2003.

Other new features of RCM2003 include:

· Multiple databases allow owners to individually track refrigerant-related activities at multiple locations or different facilities at a site. Security access codes can be assigned allowing for company-wide tracking without individual facilities seeing each other's data.

· A new alert reminds users when it is time to back-up data saved in RCM2003, ensuring against accidental loss of environmental records.

· Barcodes can be added to printable labels created from the program that can be read by a technician's handheld barcode reader.

· Reports have been expanded to aid responses to EPA demands for records. The Report functions have been enhanced for easier setup, and once created, the report's settings can be saved for future use.
