CACI Releases New Version of HighView Document and Records Management System

New Open Architecture Better Supports Government Transformation, National Defense

ARLINGTON, Va., July 24 -- CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has released version 5.0 of HighView, its commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) document and records management (DRM) software application. HighView 5.0, built on a service-oriented architecture, adheres to the same open architectural and technological standards as other best-of- breed enterprise software applications, while delivering greater interoperability, flexibility, and scalability. With this release, HighView now provides increased support for government initiatives to enhance business practices, and brings greater capabilities to government organizations serving homeland security and national defense.

HighView captures and stores paper and electronic documents, and processes and organizes data according to specific client requirements, for improved information management. Whether as a standalone DRM application or integrated into existing applications, HighView shares data with other components of the enterprise infrastructure. HighView workflow and full-text search capabilities scale to thousands of users and millions of documents. The feature-rich HighView Application Development Kit, which works with most modern development environments, supports the efficient creation of applications that meet specific client requirements.

Developed by the CACI Document and Records Management Center of Excellence, HighView is broadly used throughout the Defense Department, the intelligence community, and federal law enforcement agencies. Applications include criminal and investigative case management, document declassification and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request fulfillment, and document exploitation. In this latter application area, HighView-powered systems are used worldwide to capture, prioritize, analyze, and translate massive amounts of foreign language documents in support of the global war on terrorism.

Paul Cofoni, CACI's President of U.S. Operations, said, "CACI's federal clients require enterprise-wide solutions for their complex needs. CACI's HighView, with its superior interoperability and scalability, more than fits the bill. HighView can grow as an enterprise grows, and its comprehensive features ensure better business processes for data captured throughout the organization. The enhanced data sharing capabilities of HighView also make this system of special interest to our federal law enforcement and defense clients."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "CACI's HighView document and records management system is another offering in our knowledge management product portfolio that enables our company to support the federal government's most critical missions.
