LANDesk Process Manager 4.0 Raises IT Service Management Bar



SALT LAKE CITY, May 9 -- LANDesk Software, Ltd. a leading provider of IT service management solutions for desktops, servers and mobile devices, today introduced LANDesk® Process Manager 4.0, a management tool that enables the automation of tasks and complex processes requiring manual oversight in nearly any organization. The new solution features an online workflow resource center with multiple process templates, and also directly integrates with Microsoft® Active Directory and BMC® Remedy® Service Desk, a premium service-desk capability.

Pricing starts at a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $35,000 (USD) for any organization under 1,000 employees, increasing to an MSRP of $190,000 (USD) for any enterprise with more than 10,000 employees.
