Jobscope Releases Version 9 of Enterprise Edition
GREENVILLE, S.C., Aug. 15 /- Jobscope, a leading provider of Integrated Manufacturing Information Systems for order-driven companies, announces the release of Version 9 of the Enterprise Edition. JOBSCOPE(R) Enterprise Edition (JEE), which was launched in 2000, provides real time job costing, project-based accounting, and instant access to operational and financial information for every entry. The software allows for separation of production and engineering and gives the ability for companies to have an "as designed" versus "as built" bill of material. JOBSCOPE(R) also allows for flexibility to design and manufacture concurrently and procure materials directly, bypassing inventory.

The new Version of Enterprise includes the following upgrades with a seamless integration and upgrade path from Version 8:
- Reports management tool that will allow security to be enforced in standard as well as custom reports
- General ledger viewer which goes down as far as the transactional records from the batches
- Consolidated user interface
- Email capability in areas such as sales acknowledgements, purchase orders, and AR invoices
- Enhanced analytical tools that allow the user to search for information and export the data to Excel
- Integrate engineering releases and task planning
- Create a non conformance record when incoming material is rejected
- Inventory feature that allows Make for Lot jobs
