Clear Technologies Releases New Module for C2 CRM Which Creates Customer Portals With Automated Web Site Content Updates

Dallas, TX, February 7, 2003 -- Clear Technologies today announced the release of a new module for its C2 CRM system. The Content Management module offers an automated approach to updating regularly changing information on a company's Web site. It also permits approved users access to certain areas on their Web site to change or update content quickly as needed.

The Content Management system pulls information directly out of C2 CRM to update Web site content. Using this new module, for example, a company can create customized, dynamic Customer Portals that offer real-time status reports on outstanding support issues, product orders, shipping, billing and more. C2 CRM can automatically update the content based on information stored in the C2 CRM system. As a result, users will not need to manually update the information, which will save time and money. Moreover, the system can allow approved users to access other specific areas of the company Web site or intranet to perform quick content updates as needed without requiring the help of a Web master or outside vendor.
