New Radio Frequency (RF) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Capabilities Increase Inventory Accuracy and Improve Operational Efficiencies

UNIQUITY is a complete industrial distribution and
manufacturing business software suite for the Microsoft® Windows® environment.
New RF capabilities have been implemented in UNIQUITY Release 4 to help increase inventory accuracy, reduce order fill time and minimize returns. Paperless RF picking can be done for a single order or multiple orders at the same time. UNIQUITY guides picking and putaway for the most efficient path through the warehouse improving product rotation and easing pick and space utilization.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is also available in UNIQUITY Release 4 to aid distributors with their inventory optimization and purchasing process, as well as to aid manufacturers with their material planning and production processes. UNIQUITY uses historical data and advanced replenishment formulas to help proactively and efficiently manage inventory levels. Material Planning can be completed within hours helping to reduce inventory and dead stock.
Also new in UNIQUITY Release 4 is a powerful Item Inquiry feature which provides access to all information related to an item in a warehouse from a single screen. Easily view sales, purchasing and stock movement information or drill down to related data or data specific to a customer or vendor.
New business intelligence capabilities in UNIQUITY provide an unsurpassed level of knowledge management for more informed business decision-making. e-Executive consolidates critical corporate, personal and industry information onto one convenient Web page accessible from anywhere in the world via the Internet. Alerts help monitor business operations with e-mail messages when something significant happens in the UNIQUITY database.
