NI today announced the latest version of DIAdem, DIAdem |8.0, which has been in use for several years in the research, test, and the design validation areas of a number of industries including automotive, household appliances, and aerospace. With this latest upgrade, DIAdem has significantly improved connectivity to industry-standard file formats, including NI LabVIEW, new report generation features, and a way to automate the creation of standard reports and charts.

After analyzing their data, research and design engineers can use NI DIAdem to create technically focused graphs and charts, which NI DIAdem can then integrate into complete reports. They also can automate standard tasks needed to create frequently used reports and charts using Microsoft Visual Basic Script (VBS), which is tightly integrated in DIAdem.
