New product delivers plug-and-play RIS and PACS integration and low-cost speech recognition
ENCINO, Calif., March 22 / -- StructuRad LLC, an innovator in radiology reporting solutions, announces ReportNow for workgroups. ReportNow unleashes the power of "all-in-one" reporting with "plug-and-play" PACS and RIS integration features. ReportNow with StructuRad's "all-in-one" capability unifies dictation, speech recognition, macro templates, and structured reporting. Stylized Microsoft(R) Word output and GuidePost(TM) menus make radiology reporting easier, faster, and less costly. StructuRad delivers deep radiology content and unique reporting features such as speaker-independent voice command navigation and edit, a comprehensive radiology knowledge base and a library of over 7,000 FastMacros(TM). Flexible Solutions
ReportNow's flexibility is illustrated by a recent customer's rapid creation of a complete urology reporting system based on ReportNow in just a couple weeks. To start, customized urology report templates were derived from standard StructuRad macros, and then customized for urology. Stylizing the reports in Microsoft Word enables each urology clinic to have their own stationary for their final reports. The software helps technologists to prepare the ultrasound reports and the urologist can immediately finalize the reports at the time of examination. That saves the physicians' time and the cost of transcription.
