Oce Business Services Introduces Oce MAX Advanced Document Performance Management System



NEW YORK, Feb. 25 -- Oce Business Services, a leader in document process management and electronic discovery, today introduced the Oce MAX(TM) Advanced document performance management system. This next-generation Internet application features advanced functionality and flexibility that enables clients to use information to reduce document management costs and improve operational efficiency.

Oce clients targeting continuous improvement in their document processes are leveraging the power of Oce MAX. The Oce manager for one client - a major telecommunications company - installed Oce MAX to monitor mail center performance. After noticing an increasing amount of overnight mail across nationwide locations, the manager engaged the Oce Best Practices team for a Six Sigma(R) project, including an analysis and recommendations. The project resulted in a new process that saved the client $500,000 in the first year.
