Overview

IBM Lotus® Virtual Classroom V1.1.2 provides organizations with a comprehensive set of collaborative tools to create and deliver engaging learning sessions while, at the same time, reduce travel and training infrastructure costs associated with the face-to-face training. This release is an update to both the stand-alone Lotus Virtual Classroom product, sold on a per-CPU basis, and the IBM Lotus Combined Collaborative and Virtual Classroom bundle which includes Lotus Virtual Classroom, Lotus Instant Messaging and Web Conferencing, and Lotus Team Workplace and is sold on a per-user basis.

Together as a suite, these products provide support for the full range of collaborative needs from instant, ad-hoc chats and e-meetings to highly-structured, pre-arranged working sessions or courses.
