eNGENUITY Technologies Announces STAGE 4.1
Montreal - November 18, 2002 - eNGENUITY Technologies Inc. [TSX: EGY, a leading provider of software tools and components for the efficient development of advanced visual applications, today announced the release of STAGE 4.1. This latest version brings a host of new features to the product, improving the quality and speed at which synthetic environments can be built with the tool.
The new version of STAGE 4.1 includes improved Digital Feature Analysis Data (DFAD) support, allowing for a more flexible customization of DFAD map presentations. The visual quality of the graphics that can be drawn with STAGE 4.1 has been dramatically improved to include perception of depth and 3D-like objects. The product now also includes highly improved native Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) support, making STAGE 4.1 independent of third party DIS solutions. Another notable feature is the implementation of batch-mode simulation for improved operational analysis and mission rehearsal.

In keeping with latest technology requirements in the marketplace, a fully .NET compliant version of STAGE (V 4.1.1) is also available. STAGE 4.1 will be demonstrated at the upcoming I/ITSEC tradeshow in Orlando, Florida from December 2-5, 2002.
