RemedyMD Launches AutoLabs(TM) Interface to EndoEHR

EndoEHR can now Auto-process Lab Orders and Results Online

SALT LAKE CITY, June 1 / -- RemedyMD®, maker of EndoEHR(TM), the world's only endocrine-specific electronic health record, today announced the launch of a new program to break through the bottlenecks endocrine practices encounter when ordering laboratory tests and processing results. Through the AutoLabs(TM) Interface, endocrinologists using EndoEHR can order labs and record their results into the patient's electronic health record online, simply by clicking a button.

The Autolabs Interface is currently available for endocrine practices using either LabCorp or Quest, but it can be easily customized to work with any other lab.

"The capability to order labs directly from EndoEHR and transmit the results directly to a patient's health record saves my office a tremendous amount of time and it reduces the risk of transposition errors inherent in a duplicate re-entry process. To me that means higher assurance of patient safety," said Dr. Anthony Azzi of the Diabetes and Endocrine Center, Raleigh, North Carolina. "AutoLabs(TM) gives us exactly what we want: quick access to the labs, and labs in the charts. We can't ask for more than that. We're extremely excited about these capabilities."

"Autolabs is one of many new capabilities we are adding to EndoEHR this year. As we work with endocrinologists it is obvious that they need to streamline their workflow so they can see more patients, increase revenue, and at the same time cut costs," said Steve Bluth EndoEHR Product Manager. "We will be demonstrating other new modules such as the Intelligent Dosing System(TM) for insulin and more integrations with glucometers and other diagnostic and monitoring devices. Everything we are doing is designed to improve the productivity of endocrinologists."

RemedyMD will demonstrate EndoEHR and the AutoLabs(TM) Interface at Booth no. 1529 at Endo '07, the 89th Annual Meeting of The Endocrine Society in Toronto, June 2-5, 2007. For more information, please visit http://remedymd.com/Endo07.
