Protegrity Announces Comprehensive Solution to Accelerate Compliance with PCI Data Security Requirements
STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 3 -- Protegrity Corporation, the leader in Data Security Management(TM) solutions, announced today the Protegrity PCI SolutionPac(TM), a comprehensive software and services solution for accelerated compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. The standards were agreed upon by all major credit card issuing companies in December 2004 to improve data security management and consolidate requirements for processing credit card data across the industry. With Protegrity's PCI SolutionPac, companies can assess their payment card handling systems and business practices and then implement solutions to achieve full compliance with the 12 requirements imposed by the PCI program.
