New Smart Camera Systems Expand Surveillance Options
Multi-megapixel, extreme low-light performance, and embedded recording/playback,in two new IQeye Series of Digital PTZ cameras from IQinVision.
SAN CLEMENTE, CA - June 15, 2004 - The new IQeye600 and IQeye300 Series of high performance IP camera systems from IQinVision offers exceptional multi-megapixel resolution with LIGHTGRABBER(TM) low light technology. Crisp, clear pictures from dimly lit scenes are just one of the many advantages. Digital PTZ with 25X the resolution of CCTV systems let you replace multiple cameras or a mechanical PTZ.
IQinVision has also announced a new release of the Award Winning IQlibrarian which is embedded in all IQeye smart camera systems. IQlibrarian lets you record and playback images with no client software. IQlibrarian 2.0 has an improved interface with quadview, an on-camera storage option, and hour/day based recording. Record on camera or to a local or remote server using standard commodity FTP network storage. With no DVR, systems built with IQlibrarian have lower costs.
The IQeye600 Series starts with two cameras announced today, the IQeye602 with 2.0 megapixel resolution and the IQeye601 with 1.3 megapixels.
