Ottawa, CANADA - July 19, 2007 - SkyWave Mobile Communications, the leading global provider of D+ satellite communications, announces it has received approval to operate on the Inmarsat Pacific Central (PAC-C) satellite, positioned at 142 degrees West longitude.
