SKF® CARE 33 linear actuators enable equipment to be positioned safely and reliably. Their efficient design promotes high dynamic load capacity, silent operation, and low current consumption. They are ideally suited to raise/lower and precisely adjust equipment used in a wide range of industrial, healthcare, and ergonomic-related applications.
These actuators uniquely feature a "floating" gearbox that allows the load path to pass directly through a support bearing located in the rear attachment. This contributes to longer operational life and minimized transmitted noise.
CARE 33 actuators are available in three basic models (CARE 33A, CARE 33M, and CARE 33H). Depending on type, they can deliver stroke lengths ranging from 50mm to 500mm; accommodate dynamic loads ranging from 800N to 2000N; and achieve speeds ranging from 8mm/s to 45mm/s.
Systems can further be custom-designed to satisfy particular application requirements.
Optional features to meet application needs can include power-saving, overload protection, transformer cutoff, infrared remote control, and easy-to-adjust limit switches, among others.
