At NPE 2015, SISE will be displaying its line of sequential valve gate controllers, perfect for medium to large automobile applications such as bumpers, dashboards, and panels. The IS’BASIC commands up to 12 valve gates, have a 24-file memory, and offer 2 openings/closings per cycle. Sequences can be programmed by time or screw position (distance and volume).
The more sophisticated IS’TECH can control up to 20 valve gates and command up to 5 openings/closings per cycle. Additionally, it can recognize up to 128 molds and store up to 48 sequence files. Combined with our process monitoring products, SISE can capture data from inside the mold, allowing molders to precisely monitor valve gates, resulting in products with higher quality and better finish.
For simpler applications, we offer the IS’TIMER, a timer-based controller that is great for small applications of 8 gates or less. For just about any valve gate control need, SISE has “Plastics Technology Under Control”
