I-Plug-PDF for Food & Beverage Cold Chain Validation

Compact Data Logger for Affordable Temperature Monitoring

CHESTERLAND OH — The Food & Beverage industry is increasingly turning to temperature monitoring as an affordable way to prove best practices and product quality. Now CAS DataLoggers and Swiss manufacturer ECCS introduce the new I-Plug-PDF Single Use Temperature Data Logger. These compact temperature recorders automatically monitor and alarm your product--on the road or in storage--at any point in your shipping or logistics cold chain. The logger also auto-generates a PDF temperature report to give to receivers as proof of product quality. No interface cable or separate software needed! To order, call CAS DataLoggers at (800) 956-4437 or buy directly from our Online Store.

Convenient Features:

• Plugs Directly into any USB Port to Read Data

• Automatically Generates PDF Reports

• Multi-Alarm LED Indicators

• Sends and Stores Data to the Web

1. Capture the Temperature History:

The I-Plug-PDF Temperature datalogger monitors the temperature of its environment at a Temperature range of -40°C to +65°C (-40°F to 149°F). This single-use temperature logger automatically takes measurements at an accuracy of 0.3°C and resolution of 0.1°C. The Start and Stop buttons make operation easy even for new users, so it’s easy to integrate these devices into your existing product quality plan.

Users can also preset the logger for alarms. Multiple alarm LED indicators show when there’s been a temperature excursion at any point on the trip. Users can also select the temperature sampling rate (default is once every 10 minutes).

The PDF logger is compact and lightweight for easy placement and retrieval (Dimensions: 73x15x33 mm, weight 30g). With a large 8,000-point memory (Encrypted), the logger is ideal for extended trips up to 60 days, and is also EN 12830—CE—RoHs Compliant and fully recyclable.

2. Give Proof to Receivers:

The built-in USB interface makes connection to a PC for downloading data a snap so you don’t need a USB driver to use these recorders. Using the datalogger, receivers can immediately send the PDF temperature report to the cloud as soon as the logger’s data is downloaded.

3. Track Your Product Online:

Using the manufacturer’s Web Portal, users can enter the Serial # of their IPLUG PDF and see if it has already been downloaded by the receiver. If the receiver has selected the ‘Send to the Web’ feature while reading the device, the user will get instant access to the temperature report.

IPLUG PDF dataloggers are also available in a Pharma version supporting online calibration so users can go online and view the calibration info by Serial #.

*Call for special pricing on quantities of 10 or more.
