Sentry Equipment Corp Receives Patents for New ISOLOK® Sampler
Oconomowoc, Wisconsin - Sentry Equipment Corp announced that the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office has granted the company patents for its severe-duty automatic sampler. United States patent number 7,481,124 entitled "Positive-Displacement Sampling Apparatus" covers the design of the ISOLOK® SAL-DBB sampler. The SAL-DBB is a double block and bleed automatic sampling device that uses ISOVALVE® technology, a feature unique to Sentry's family of ISOLOK® samplers.
The ISOLOK® SAL-DBB is the next generation of automatic sampler for harsh operating conditions - such as oil sand mining - and offers the best operator protection in the industry. The ISOLOK® SAL-DBB sampler is designed to be fully isolated from the process before the removal of any fasteners to take the unit off the line. Additional features include the patented "park position" feature and a new, lighter-weight removable assembly.
