Seminole Metal Finishing, Inc. Offers New Option in Zinc Plating
Altamonte Springs, FL --- Seminole Metal Finishing offers bright nickel, electroless nickel, zinc, copper, passivation, black oxide on steel or stainless steel, brass, and copper, dry film lubricant and metal cleaning services.
A new finishing option is now available. Trivalent Yellow Zinc Chromate, which is RoHS compliant. Our Trivalent Yellow Zinc is a single dip chromate that offers high salt spray resistance of up to 150 hours to rust per ASTM B-117 (Based on a Zinc thickness of .0003).
We also offer Black and Clear Trivalent Chromate on zinc as well as Bright Nickel and Black Oxide plating to help our customers comply with RoHS. For now, we will also continue to offer the Non-RoHS Hexavalent Yellow and Olive Drab.

Seminole Metal Finishing Inc. first opened its doors on October 1st, 1987 and incorporated in June 1, 1988. SMFI's founder Elliott Blackwelder remains President of the company today.
