New Texel(R) MTA Sealless Mag-Drive Pump
Houston, Texas, USA, December 19, 2001 -Chemical process pumps lined with PFA have excellent corrosion resistance capabilities. The proprietary, high-pressure transfer compression molding process from Texel produces a pump casing lining for Texel pumps that is more uniform in density, thickness and smoothness, is less permeable and more resistant to stress cracking than conventional injection, transfer or roto-molded processes.
Texel® MTA Series Pumps from Magnatex Pumps, Inc. feature a sealless, mag-drive design combined with a chemically inert PFA lining for superior performance when handling a variety of process fluids including harsh chemicals or sensitive ultra-pure fluids. Dovetail construction positively attaches the casing lining to the unit's ductile iron armor to prevent separation above 2120 F. Additionally, the MTA pump's seamless, virgin PFA inner magnet lining eliminates leak paths that can lead to potentially dangerous process fluids being exposed to the outside environment.
